Our experienced team guide you through every stage of your multisensory environment from consultation, design, delivery & Installation, to service maintenance. Our dedicated Occupational Therapist provides ongoing support to optimise your sensory environment and create a unique, safe, and immersive experience.

Consultation: Our experienced O’Flynn Medical team will meet with you and discuss the sensory processing preferences and needs you require. Our Occupational Therapist provides you with equipment recommendations that would best suit your sensory needs. We measure up where the multisensory space will be installed.

Design: Based on the consultation meeting, we create a detailed 3D drawing showing the architecture, specifications and products displayed in your multisensory space. We can then discuss any further amendments.

Proposal: We then provide a detailed quote based on the agreed design. Once we receive your order, we process it and start manufacturing.

Manufacture: O’Flynn Medical liaises with our partner and Dublin manufacturer – Senco Sensory Solutions, and they start manufacturing your order. The lead time is approx. 4-6 weeks.

Delivery & Installation: Once a date has been agreed, O’Flynn Medical can deliver and install your multisensory space onsite. We can collaborate closely with your builders and architects should you prefer their involvement in the installation process.

Post-Installation Training and Education: We provide a free Occupational Therapist session with your team, typically up to 1 week after installation. The Occupational Therapist provides training on all equipment in your multisensory space and how it can assist your user’s sensory preferences and systems.

Service Maintenance: We provide an annual service maintenance contract to support your needs and the longevity of your equipment.
